Code of Conduct for Coaches

The good name of the Club should be maintained at all times with the help of coaches and their assistants agreeing and adhering to all Codes of Conduct.

Coaches at mini soccer level (i.e. U6-U11) are expected to create their own team fixtures as required, communicating with other age group coaches to ensure pitch availability.

Coaches should be fully inclusive to all levels of children’s abilities. As a ‘village club’ feel should always be upheld and not that of an academy team.

Coaches should encourage the payment of subscriptions from players and parents and ensure all players and parents have completed Club registration forms.

All coaches and their assistants are required to pay annual subscriptions for any child they have playing for the Club.

All coaches and anyone helping out at training or match days need to liaise with a Club Welfare Officer and ensure they have either been cleared to help through the CRB process or are in the process of doing the same.

Any alterations to training times/pitch days etc., need to be checked with a member of the Club Committee.

All problems must be reported to a member of the Club Committee.
