  • Parents or guardians of players directly

How long we keep information

Data is retained for the length of time that a player is with the club. Once a player has left the club their data and associated data (such as data about parents/guardian) will be retained for a maximum of two years for the purpose of club record keeping in relation to matches played.

Others we share personal information with

  • Some teams make use of a third party service such as Spond or Team App to organise training or match attendance . Your data may be shared with these services for this purpose, you will be informed when this happens and have the opportunity to manage the data directly on the service.
  • Other relevant third parties we may share the data you supply us with for the purpose of offering the services of the club are:
    • The FA
    • County FAs
    • Youth football leagues.
